Akira Ito – Chef de Cuisine
Born in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan, Chef Akira Ito has worked in various Japanese restaurants and high-end hotels in Tokyo, which prepared him to be a professional that has excellent culinary skills and 10 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. In order to broaden his knowledge in the culinary journey, Chef Ito accepted a challenge and has worked in a customer service position. In 2016, he has become an exceptional chef, managing 3 restaurant branches at the same time. Since then, Chef Ito participates in overseas activities actively from time to time to promote the Japanese food culture to the world.
